Drain Line Repair & Replacement
Slow drains and recurring clogs are usually signs of a deeper problem in your drain line. We diagnose the actual cause — not just the symptom — and repair or replace lines the right way the first time.
What we handle
- Mainline drain cleaning and snaking
- Hydro jetting for grease and root buildup
- Spot repairs for cracked or collapsed pipe sections
- Full drain line replacement (cast iron, clay, PVC)
- Cleanout installation for easier future access
- Trenchless options when feasible
When to call a plumber
Common signs that this is the problem you are dealing with.
- Multiple drains backing up at once
- Gurgling sounds in toilets or sinks
- Sewage smell inside or outside the home
- Slow drains that come back days after snaking
- Water pooling in the yard above the line
- Patches of unusually green grass over the line
Drain Lines questions, answered
Snake or hydro jet — which do I need?
A snake punches a hole through a clog; a hydro jet scours the inside of the pipe. For tree roots or heavy grease, jetting lasts longer. For a one-off clog, a snake is usually enough.
How do you know if a line needs replacement?
We run a sewer camera before recommending replacement. If the line has a belly, offset joints, root intrusion, or cracks, we will show you the footage and explain your options.
Will you have to dig up my yard?
Not always. Depending on the location and condition of the line, trenchless methods can be an option. We will quote both approaches when applicable.
